Pâine la tigaie.
Ingrediente :-200gr faina de secară, 50 gr făina de in, o linguriță de bicarbonat, 50 ml ulei, sare, 20ml oțet, apa clocotita,50 gr făina integrala
Se amesteca toate ingredientele adăugându-se apa clocotita până când obținem un aluat elastic bun de întins pe masă. Lăsam aluatul la temperatura camerei 15 minute, după care cu mâinile umezite cu ulei formam lipii pe care le coacem în tigaie antiderenta care 4-5 minute pe fiecare parte.
