Prânzul,paste integrale(‘70 gr cântărite crude) cu sos alb de conopidă,pesto și parmezan ras(parmezanul îl folosim ca si condiment in slăbire..adică 15-20 gr maxim și ideal e sa fie consumat la mesele de prânz) și câțiva muguri de bambus😊
Zi frumoasa sa aveți 😘😘😘
